We understand that buying online doesn't always go as planned. We have endeavoured to make the sizing guide/product descriptions as accurate as possible but due to each person's anatomy, this does produce some difficulties. If the item you receive is not the best fit - not a problem. Please submit an online return request via the link below. All returned items will be issued with an e-gift card for repurchase of a product.
We will only offer a refund if the product you receive has a manufacturing fault, this will be closely reviewed before we can provide a full refund.
1. Your return must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. All items must be returned in original sale condition (unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with original tags/labels attached & in original packaging). Items will not be accepted outside these conditions.
3. Requests must be actioned within 7 days of your return request being approved. If you fail to send your parcel within 7 days we have the right to deny your request.
4. Please ensure you print & include a Return Authorisation Form with your return item. 
5. Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer including postage, currency conversion and any transaction fees.
6. All returns will be issued with an e-gift card to the value of the item purchased excluding shipping costs.
7. Please allow 3 business days from the receipt of your returned items, for your return to be processed.


If you receive a faulty or damaged item, we will provide you with a replacement (where available) or a full refund of the purchase amount, provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase. We like to resolve problems as quickly and efficiently as possible.

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to offer you a refund for change of mind returns. For example, the consumer guarantees do not apply if you got what you asked for but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it.

If you have a minor problem with a product, we can choose to give you a free repair instead of a replacement, or a store credit. When there is a major problem with a product, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement, store credit, or refund.
