RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We understand that buying online doesn't always go as planned. We have endeavoured to make the sizing guide/product descriptions as accurate as possible but due to each person's anatomy, this does produce some difficulties. If the item you receive is not the best fit - not a problem. Please submit an online return request via the link below
1. Your return must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your item.
2. All items must be returned in original sale condition (unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with original tags/labels attached & in original packaging). Items will not be accepted outside these conditions.
4. Requests must be actioned within 7 days of your return request being approved. If you fail to send your parcel within 7 days we have the right to deny your request.
3. Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer including postage, currency conversion and any transaction fees.
4. If exchanging your item, please include a pre-paid self addressed postage satchel for your new item to be sent to you.
FAULTY ITEM RETURNS
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, we will provide you with a replacement (where available) or a full refund of the purchase amount, provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase. We like to resolve problems as quickly and efficiently as possible.
