RETURNS
We understand that buying online doesn't always go as planned. We have endeavoured to make the sizing guide/product descriptions as accurate as possible but due to each person's anatomy, this does produce some difficulties. If the item you receive is not the best fit - not a problem. Please submit an online return request via the link below. 
 

All Final Sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable for change of mind. Change of mind includes unwanted, size, colour, design, fit and price.  

These items are clearly marked on our product pages as well as invoices with the statement “This is a Final Sale item". 

Faulty goods are excluded from this policy. 

1. Your return must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. All items must be returned in original sale condition (unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with original tags/labels attached & in original packaging). Items will not be accepted outside these conditions.
3. Please ensure you print & include a Return Authorisation Form or include the return card with your return item. 
4. Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer including postage, currency conversion and any transaction fees. We can process a return postage label at the cost of $10 (deducted from your return item price).
6. Please allow 3 business days from the receipt of your returned items, for your return to be processed.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item & a credit/refund will be issued.

If you are approved, then your credit will be processed, in the case of a refund a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment (gift cards are non refundable), within a certain amount of days.

For size returns, unfortunately we cannot guarantee that the item you are after will be in stock (we do not hold stock). Your credit can then be used to purchase any item on our site. Your credit will be valid for three years from the date of issue.

If you have used a discount code on your order please note that discount codes have no cash value and if a return is made, your account will be credited only in the amount that you paid – total amount at checkout less the value of the discount code. 

FAULTY ITEM RETURNS
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, we will provide you with a replacement (where available) or a full refund of the purchase amount, provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase. We like to resolve problems as quickly and efficiently as possible.
REFUNDS

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to offer you a refund for change of mind returns. For example, the consumer guarantees do not apply if you got what you asked for but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it.

If you have a minor problem with a product, we can choose to give you a free repair instead of a replacement, or a store credit. When there is a major problem with a product, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement, store credit, or refund.
