  1. When will my order be processed and posted?

Orders are processed a few times a week with delivery by Australia Post. You will receive an email notification once your order has been packed with a tracking number for Australia Post. 

  1. I made an error in my order, please help!

Please email us at if you have made an error with your order and include your order number, the item ordered and the item needed.. We will endeavour to amend your order prior to fulfilment. Please note, orders that have been fulfilled will not be available for amending.

  1. Am I able to use multiple discounts per order?

Fortify Gear's website host only offers the availability of one discount/gift voucher to be used per order. We apologise for any inconvenience.

  1. Do you offer AfterPay?

Yes AfterPay is offered as a method of payment for Australian and New Zealand residents.

  1. Do you ship worldwide?

Fortify Gear offers worldwide shipping on all orders. Rates will be calculated at checkout. Customs Duties and/or clearance fees (if applicable) will be the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your local Customs officials to find out more.

  1. I haven't received my order yet?

Once an order is posted you will receive an email which contains a link to track your order via the courier/postage website. Please allow up to 48 hours after your order is processed for tracking information to display on the courier website. Please note tracking may not available to all countries/orders.

*Due to the Global effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have seen significant increases to postage times for both domestic & international deliveries. We appreciate your patience during this time. In some instances we may have to refund your order upon notification that Australia Post may not be able to deliver to your area. This will be done before the item is packed and you will receive an email notification to advise.*

  1. Can I return an item?

Items can be returned for an online gift voucher for the value of the item. Return costs including any shipping and customs fees remain the responsibility of the buyer. Please see our Returns & Exchanges page for the T’s & C’s and to lodge your return.

  1. When will you get an item back in stock?

Items are restocked regularly except for those stated as ‘Limited edition or limited design/print’. If you would like to be notified for an item to come back in stock, please select the relevant product/size/colour and fulfil your details for notification.
