1. What do knee sleeves do & why do I need them?
We asked Todd a Physiotherapist from Scarborough Physio and Health to explain exactly the intention of our product -
'A very common injury we see in physio clinic from weightlifters and CrossFitters is knee pain. This is due to the high loads and stresses placed on their knees. The Fortify Gear knee sleeves not only offer a structural support to help track your knee correctly and maintain good patellofemoral alignment but it also provides proprioceptive (joint awareness) support. This support provides the lifter with tactile feedback without restricting their movement, enabling full range controlled squats and lunges. I recommend all my patients who are looking into or currently undertaking Weightlifting or CrossFit to wear the Fortify Gear knee sleeve even as a preventative measure for their knees.'
2. When will my order be processed and posted?
Domestic orders are processed Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday evenings and International orders processed Sunday and Thursday evenings. Collection is made the next morning by Australia Post.
3. I haven't received my order yet?
Once an order is posted you will receive an email which contains a link to track your order via the courier/postage website. Please allow up to 48 hours after your order is processed for tracking information to display on the courier website. Please note tracking may not available to all countries.
4. I didn't get a receipt with my order?
When you receive your order confirmation, there is a link at the bottom of the email where you are able to download your receipt.
5. How do I put on my knee sleeves?
We recommend turning inside out, putting the logo at the top, sliding the knee sleeve up to your calf, then flip the bottom over your knee so the design is facing out.
5. Why can't I use multiple discounts per order?
Fortify Gear's website host only offers the availability of one discount per order. This includes the combo deals on the knee sleeves & belt. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Domestic Orders - Standard Shipping
Orders are shipped via Australia Post and have an estimated delivery time of 1-4 business days for major cities and 2-7 days for all other locations. Orders can arrive earlier or later than this as this time frame is intended as a guide only. An email with tracking details and a link will be sent when your order is processed.

For all International Orders we use Australia Post. Email with tracking is dependant on the type of shipping you select. Target delivery days are listed below in business days as per Australia Post. Please note, most orders are sent via Australia Post and tracking may not be available. Please contact the shipping agency directly for more information.
