Pacing plays a huge role in this WOD, breaking the movement sets up in manageable sets and not going out too hard on the runs are our tips. You feel quite ok until hitting those 70 kettlebell swings then it's an all out slog from there.
We completed Painstorm XI a couple of years ago, it is the type of WOD that leaves you with absolutely nothing. Any WOD with a huge amount of movements and running definitely earns it's title of a Painstorm workout.
